Once we match you with the best Virtual Assistant for your business, our team will check in with you and your new team member each week for the first month to ensure everything is working how you expected it to be.
You and your Virtual Assistants will be invite to join our VA-Development sessions. Held every quarter, these sessions will provide the opportunity to upskill, answer questions and connect with other Virtual Assistants.

If, after following our onboarding roadmap, you and your Virtual Assistant don’t fit, or they don’t meet your expectations, we will find you a new virtual assistant at no additional cost* (excluding weekly wages).

Our pricing model is simple. We will recruit, help you select and then train your new Virtual Assistant for a simple, flat fee. After their initial training, you pay your Virtual Assistant directly, either weekly or fortnightly as agreed.
What is the ongoing cost of my VA?
There is no additional cost for our support once your VA is onboarded. All VA’s start at AUD210 per week for 40 hours. After that, you can choose to increase their wages as they grow with your business.
What if I only need a Part-time VA?
Yes, you can choose this if you prefer. Part-time VA should work a minimum of 20 hours a week and start at AUD130 per week. Remember, a VA working part-time also means they will also have other clients aside from you.
How do I pay them?
We recommend you use Wise (formerly Transferwise) to pay your VA, however you can also use Payoneer, PayPal or other payment services. We recommend you discuss this with your VA.
What if they don’t fit?
We will check in each week for the first month to ensure things are going well. If after following our onboarding roadmap, you and your VA still haven’t gelled, we offer a 30-day guarantee. You will need to let us know BEFORE 30-days and we will work with you to find you a new virtual assistant at no additional cost (excluding weekly wages).
How much should I pay the VA?
All full-time VA start at AUD210 per week for 40 hours.
What skill will my VA have?
Your VA will be recruited to suit your needs. As a minimum:

What systems or softwares will my VA be able to use?
Your VA will be trained in a range of systems and software. Some of those are: Slack, Zoom, Google calendar, Canva, Invideo, Calendly, Mailchimp, Drip, Airtable, Asana, Lastpass, Google drive, Otter and many more.
